App can't handle correct international format
No confirmation message and app says that number does not seem to be international format. It is in correct format, 4673531xxxx. 46 is Sweden and 0 left out if number.

Not sure 0 is port of the international format in Sweden.
Text me something at +971505582336 from your phone and I will reply back with your number in a correct format.

My coordinates don't appear to update ever
My coordinates don't appear to update I have opened compass to refresh coords. Been the same for many months. Updates are on. Always my old home address.

Hi,
TL;DR short answer: if it is in auto mode, then it will update coordinates.
Long answer: It sends new coordinates to server when distance travelled is beyond a threshold, which is different for different areas, depending how far are you from the nearest shore and how dangerous that shore is. On Thailand seashore threshold is 2km, mid-continent in Siberia it will be 500km. So once you will move more than N km from the point your coordinates were updated last, the app will automatically wakeup and send new coordinates to the server.
However, you always have an option to force the update. Just turn off auto mode, wait until the green button turns yellow and just press it. Let us know if it does not help

Test SMS took around 45 mins + to get through , is this likely to be just a set up thing or is something wtong
Subscribed to premium service, got confirmation SMS after about 45 minutes- is this just a set up issue or is something amiss? Great idea by the way.will be recommending this to others as we live right on the beach in a remote fishing village. News travels very slowly and in Vietnamese which unfortunately I haven't quite learned enough of yet! Thanks

Some GSM providers are slow to deliver SMS messages some times. Upcoming feature of push messages might solve this: push messages will be sent parallel to SMS and at least one of them will reach client's phone.

Never received the sms confirnation of registration for this app.
i never recieved the sms text confirmation messaged. I live in nicaragua, the country code is 505 and the cell number are 8 digits, in the format that you have has only 7 digits. please help.

Hi, you need to enter your full international number, which can not be as short as 7 or 8 digits. Server sends SMSes from UK, so it does need full numbers, otherwise messages will not reach you.
Contact your mobile operator to find out your international number.
Alternatively, you can SMS me at +971505582336 and I will reply back with your full number.
