My International Format starts with 0

I live in Mexico and the international format for the server to send the SMS is: 011521 (it starts with 0) and the app isn't supporting the 0, I have tried to use other formats but I am not receiving the confirmation SMS.

I believe your number is +52 instead of zero.
i.e. Mexico city numbers are +52 55 NNNNNNNN
